Welcome to MyOrgApp. These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the MyOrgApp mobile application and its associated website, https://myorgapp.net/ (collectively, the “Service”), developed, owned, and operated by Ecosys Softech Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, or using MyOrgApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, access, or use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

By creating an account or using MyOrgApp, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction).
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with Ecosys Softech Inc.
  • Your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. License Grant & Scope of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Ecosys Softech Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download, install, and use MyOrgApp on a compatible mobile device for your personal or internal business productivity purposes.

Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of MyOrgApp.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application to any third party.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

3. User Accounts & Data Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • User Content: MyOrgApp allows you to create, store, and manage user content, including schedules, task lists, expense logs, contact reminders, and notes. You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in your content.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data you input into the app. Ecosys Softech Inc. does not claim ownership over your personal records or user-generated data.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including its original code, design, features, branding, logos, graphics, and user interface, is the exclusive property of Ecosys Softech Inc. and its licensors.

“MyOrgApp” and associated brand assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, logo, or trade name of Ecosys Softech Inc. without prior written consent.

5. Mobile Application Permissions & Storage

To provide multi-utility functionality (such as schedule alarms, contact birthday reminders, and localized media notes), MyOrgApp requests standard system permissions on your device. 6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyOrgApp at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or unauthorized activity using the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyOrgApp is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, Ecosys Softech Inc. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • That the application will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure from data loss or bug defects.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecosys Softech Inc., its officers, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, loss of business, or device malfunction—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use MyOrgApp.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Terms shall be instituted in the court of competent jurisdiction in Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on https://myorgapp.net/terms-of-service with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of MyOrgApp after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
